About Us

Alpha Team is started for the sole reason of rallying the trades to build dreams. In Duluth and the surrounding area, there are so many skilled tradesmen and not enough high caliber contractors to care after them and the people who live in this area. Our mission is to create exceptional spaces and experiences that stand the test of time. Our vision is to shape a sustainable future for Duluth and the Northland, elevating how people live through design, craft, and teamwork. Everything we we do reflects our values which are Integrity, Unity, Care, and Sustainability. Each one of these tie into our mission and vision. We must own the work that we do. Everyone involved in a project must work together toward the same outcome. Everyone involved must care for their well being, their work, and those that they work with. We must build with foresight, creating and building structures that will make a positive impact on generations to come.

About The Owner

Hi! My name is Jace Aili. I am the owner and operator of Alpha Team. My goal is to make your home projects go as smoothly as possible while even making it a fun process. I have been in construction my whole life and have over 12 years experience. I started out in foundation repair, then learned high pressure spray foam systems, worked for an outfit building and remodeling houses from start to finish. About 6 years into it, I began to gain experience with the business side of it. I started off in sales, learned some accounting pieces, admin/HR work, marketing, and service. I found myself obsessed about the client experience. There is so much potential for contractors. Success to me is when the project is completed, in a timely fashion, and the clients are beside themselves with the experience and the results.

I currently live in Lakewood township with my wife and 5 children. We are a busy house hold! The 2 oldest girls are in school, eager to learn. The boys can’t stop talking about excavators and dirt bikes. I like to spend my time with my family outdoors on camping or road trips.

If you’d like to visit, please feel free to reach out to me. I look forward to hearing from you!
