There are many talented professionals in the Northland; Architects, Designers, Engineers, Craftsmen, Specialty trades, Suppliers, Manufactures, and the list goes on. The challenge is not always finding someone who can do the job. The challenge is getting the right people working together toward the same goal. That’s where Alpha Team comes in. We believe the best projects are when the clients vision is understood clearly, creative solutions meet the clients needs, get the right professionals involved, and make everyone row in the same direction. Our role is to bring those people together, communicate the vision, manage the moving pieces, and keep the project moving toward the finished result. Whether we’re building a custom home, transforming an existing home, or tackling a complicated project that requires several different trades, we assemble the team that the project demands.
No two clients are the same. Some clients want to know the date and location which their backsplash is from, and some don’t care about the details, just make sure it’s beautiful functional. Some clients know exactly what they want and others would rather show us an inspirational picture and rely on the creativity of the designers and project managers to produce a plan that would accomplish their goals. There is more than one way to build a project. Alpha Team adapts the process around the clients needs. We provide much guidance, communication, and involvement as you wish. Our goal is to make the process feel organized, manageable, and fun!
About The Owner
Hi! My name is Jace Aili. I am the owner and operator of Alpha Team. My goal is to make your home projects go as smoothly as possible while even making it a fun process. I have been in construction my whole life and have over 12 years experience. I started out in foundation repair, then learned high pressure spray foam systems, worked for an outfit building and remodeling houses from start to finish. About 6 years into it, I began to gain experience with the business side of it. I started off in sales, learned some accounting pieces, admin/HR work, marketing, and service. I found myself obsessed about the client experience. There is so much potential for contractors. Success to me is when the project is completed, in a timely fashion, and the clients are beside themselves with the experience and the results.
I currently live in Lakewood township with my wife and 5 children. We are a busy house hold! The 2 oldest girls are in school, eager to learn. The boys can’t stop talking about excavators and dirt bikes. I like to spend my time with my family outdoors on camping or road trips.
