What services do you offer?

Alpha Team provides all your needs to get your home project completed. We handle new construction, Additions, Exterior & Interior Renovations, Maintenance & Repair work. Our goal is to provide a result that will stand the test of time. We don’t want to take short cuts to be the cheapest. We’d rather understand your needs and execute a creative well-thought solution.

Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form, email, or phone call. We’ll start with an onsite consultation, look at what you’re trying to achieve, and offer a few solutions to satisfy your needs. We’ll talk about project expectations and go over any questions and concerns. If we sound like the right fit, we can start planning your project!

How Do I Handle Permitting?

Alpha Team will handle acquiring the necessary permits. Our team will conform to current building codes and compliance. We are licensed to build new, add to existing homes, remodel, and repair residential homes in Minnesota.
How Do You Estimate?

Alpha Team provides estimates on terms of 2 different ways:
1) Bid. Often during, but sometimes following the initial consultation, a bid for the work discussed will be put together in detail and presented to the decision makers. Estimates will include all the necessary components to get your project completed(administrative costs, material, labor, and sub contractors costs).
2) Service related work is $225 dispatch fee (within 30 minutes of Duluth) + $150/hr. Service is billed in 15 minute increments.
Can I Bring My Own Designs?

Yes! Alpha Team can work off already completed designs. We do offer design services through local partners around the Duluth area.
80 mile radius of Duluth MN is about the service area. For the right project we may travel further. For instance, if we get a call to come adjust a door that’s 100 miles away, we may refer you to someone closer to you. If we get a call to build a custom cabin in the same area, we may be willing to make accommodations.

How Far Do You Travel?
How Far Out Is Alpha Team Scheduled For Projects Starting?

Alpha Team can generally get going on small repair work within 1 month. Projects of a duration of 1-3 weeks or would likely be scheduled out about 45 days. Larger projects that require design can start within 30 days. Projects that require design do not get scheduled in production until a work order with the relevant project details is signed by the client, however, an estimated timeline may be given at the first consultation.
What is your warranty?

All materials and products are covered by manufacturer warranties only. Alpha Team does not provide material warranties but will assist with manufacturer warranty claims upon request. Labor, removal, delivery, or reinstallation related to claims may involve additional charges. Manufacturer warranty information may be provided at project completion upon request.
Alpha Team provides a fifteen (15) year workmanship warranty covering installation defects directly caused by Alpha Team or its subcontractors. Verified workmanship defects will be corrected at no cost. Alpha Team will coordinate and resolve any workmanship warranty work with subcontractors as needed, including associated costs. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, aging materials, lack of maintenance, misuse, neglect, manufacturer defects, acts of others, or work altered or repaired by parties other than Alpha Team.
