Our goal is to provide a result that will stand the test of time. We don’t want to take short cuts to be the cheapest. We’d rather understand your needs and execute a creative well-thought solution.

Alpha Team will handle acquiring the necessary permits. Our team will conform to current building codes and compliance. We are licensed to build new, add to existing homes, remodel, and repair residential homes in Minnesota.
Alpha Team provides estimates on terms of 2 different ways:
1) Bid. Often during, but sometimes following the initial consultation, a bid for the work discussed will be put together in detail and presented to the decision makers. Estimates will include all the necessary components to get your project completed(administrative costs, material, labor, and sub contractors costs).
2) Service related work is $225 dispatch fee (within 30 minutes of Duluth) + $150/hr. Service is billed in 15 minute increments.
Yes! Alpha Team can work off already completed designs. We do offer design services through local partners around the Duluth area.
80 mile radius of Duluth MN is about the service area. For the right project we may travel further. For instance, if we get a call to come adjust a door that’s 100 miles away, we may refer you to someone closer to you. If we get a call to build a custom cabin in the same area, we may be willing to make accommodations.
